Known the world over as the Chef of the Century, Paul Bocuse devoted his life to the idea that French cuisine, at its best, is an act of generosity. Born into a family of cooks whose tradition stretches back to the 18th century, his legacy lives on today through the values he never compromised: excellence, transmission, and a deep respect for tradition.
Born in Lyon in 1926, Bocuse played a defining role in bringing French cuisine to the world, earning him not one title, but two: Chef of the Century, and the Pope of Gastronomy. Beyond three Michelin stars, he embodied something rarer: a true sense of conviviality and sharing, always placing local products and French tradition at the heart of his cooking.

Paul Bocuse
A brasserie, a bar, a chef's table, a pastry counter and a boutique. All of it runs on a simple idea from the legacy of Paul Bocuse: that craft is worth the trouble, and a good meal makes the day better.
At the corner of Saadiyat Island's two main pedestrian streets, Monsieur Paul benefits from dual access: directly from the street and from the shopping centre. Valet parking and a dedicated drop-off zone makes arrival effortless.
French in its elegance and generous in its welcome, the dining room combines the spirit of Paul Bocuse with the ease of a Lyonnaise home. Seats for up to 120 guests fit comfortably indoors, with up to 70 additional seats on the outdoor terrace.
For the first time in the house's history, a dedicated pastry counter allows guests to indulge in authentic, freshly baked French pâtisserie for dine-in or takeout.
